  • Can I book an appointment with a pharmacist?

    You can book an appointment anytime with one of our friendly pharmacists, just head to our booking page on our website! If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.

  • Can you fill my prescriptions if I am visiting Tofino?

    Yes, please give us a call ahead of time to avoid large waiting periods or download our ecare app to submit a new prescription or transfer a prescription from your existing pharmacy.

  • What are your hours at Epic Pharmacy?

    We are open 10am to 6pm, 7 days of the week unless otherwise stated on our Google hours. We are closed on statutory holidays.

  • Do you offer rentals?

    We rent wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, etc. Feel free to come in between 10am and 6pm to fill out your rental waiver.

  • Does Epic Pharmacy deliver to my door?

    Now delivering to your door with Tofino Delivery! Either click on the “Tofino Delivery” option when checking out on our Pharmasave website or place your order directly through their website here.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    As long as you have photo identification, we are more than happy to accept walk in patients.

  • Can I order specific items through Epic Pharmacy?

    Yes! If we are able to source it from one of our vendors - simply ask the front store staff for assistance. You will not get charged shipping and the order could take 2-14 business days to arrive.

  • Do you offer a self-checkout?

    Our brand new self-checkout machine is available at the front of the store to make for a quick and easy shopping experience! Machine accepts credit and debit only.
